It's commitment to training that has helped the automaker create over 8,000 jobs since June of 2009 and has made vehicles like the 200 and Town and Country more popular and profitable than ever.
The WCM Academy is home to classroom settings and labs that allow trainees to get hands on experience with the manufacturing process and teaches them what they need to know in order to solve problems on the job.
