A 'Factory Order' refers to a vehicle that is meticulously crafted by the manufacturer to meet your exact specifications. Once completed, it is transported to Bergeron and subsequently delivered to your location. Here is a breakdown of the process:

Your Order Specialist will maintain communication with you through phone and email to ensure complete clarity regarding the process and to verify that your vehicle specifications are being met. Occasionally, it may take a few quotes and comparisons to assess all your options, but our team is dedicated to simplifying this for you.

Here is how the process unfolds:

Virtual Commitment: The commitment to your order is entirely virtual, which includes signing all necessary paperwork, confirming your build specifications, and addressing all disclosures.

E-signatures and Wire Transfer: Your deal is sealed with e-signatures, and a wire transfer completes the transaction. This marks the initiation of your vehicle's construction process.

Non-Refundable Deposit: We require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 to ensure that each factory order we place is guaranteed to reach its new destination. This safeguards the commitment from all parties involved-yourself, Bergeron, and the vehicle manufacturer.

Once your order is submitted, you are shielded from any price increases in the manufacturer's MSRP. At this stage in the process, all parties, including yourself, Bergeron, and the vehicle manufacturer, are committed to the vehicle's price, specifications, and its intended buyer.

Once your vehicle enters the build process and receives a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) number, we will promptly notify you!

Throughout the building process, both you and your Order Specialist can track the progress online. Our team strives to provide you with an estimated completion date, typically spanning 4-6 months, which is the standard timeframe in most cases.

As your vehicle approaches its final destination before reaching Bergeron, one of our Sales Managers will reach out to you. Generally, this indicates that your vehicle is approximately 7-10 days away from arriving at our dealership. Now, we can attend to a few key details prior to its arrival:

Trade-In and Delivery Method: You will discuss matters concerning the trade-in value of your current vehicle and your preferred delivery method, whether it involves picking up the vehicle from Metairie or having it shipped to your home.

Financial Coordination: A Finance Manager will contact you to coordinate a meeting. During this meeting, all final paperwork, such as loans, warranties, and any additional financial products of interest, will be discussed.

When your vehicle finally arrives, our dedicated Delivery Specialist Team will initiate the delivery process. Upon its arrival at our dealership, your vehicle will undergo the necessary steps to ensure it is "consumer ready." This entails activating features, filling air, gas, and fluids, and conducting safety inspections to address any potential damage that may have occurred during transit.

If you have opted to have the vehicle shipped directly to your location, our Logistics Manager will contact you to facilitate this process. At this stage, you have full ownership of and insurance coverage for the vehicle.
