No - A safety recall is covered at no cost.
Recalls are only booked Monday through Friday from 7AM-11:30AM - A Reservation is required.
Stellantis is required to notify vehicle owners when a safety recall is announced, even if a repair solution (remedy) is not yet available. Receiving a recall notice does not necessarily mean your vehicle can be repaired immediately.
Not always. Some recall notices are sent simply to inform owners of an open recall. If a remedy is not yet available, Stellantis will notify you again once a repair solution has been released.
Give us a call! Our knowledgeable service team will be happy to check your vehicle's recall status, answer any questions, and guide you through the next steps. All we'll need is your first and last name and the last eight digits of your VIN.
"The remedy for this condition is not currently available. We will contact you again, by mail, with a follow-up recall notice when the remedy is available."
If a remedy is not yet available, the dealership is unable to perform the repair at this time. Please follow any safety instructions provided in your recall notice and watch for a follow-up letter from Stellantis.

Complimentary loaner vehicles are available for safety recall repairs that are expected to take longer than one day to complete. If your recall repair can be completed the same day, we offer a comfortable customer waiting area or complimentary shuttle service to select surrounding areas for your convenience.
If your repair requires a loaner vehicle, please coordinate with our service team when scheduling your appointment to confirm availability.
To ensure a smooth loaner vehicle check-in process, please bring the following:
A valid, current driver's license.
A current auto insurance card and declaration page showing that the person driving the loaner is listed as an insured driver.
A valid credit card to keep on file. Debit cards are not accepted.
Once your vehicle's repair is complete and you have been notified that it is ready for pickup, your loaner vehicle must be returned within 24 hours. Additional charges may apply if the loaner is not returned within the required timeframe.
Please let our service team know that you will need a loaner when scheduling your recall repair. Our team will review your eligibility, discuss availability, and help coordinate your transportation needs.
For your convenience, we offer complimentary shuttle service to select surrounding areas while your vehicle is being serviced. Our shuttle service covers Kenner, Metairie, River Ridge, Harahan, Terrytown, Gretna, and New Orleans (excluding New Orleans East). Please coordinate with our service team to confirm shuttle availability and arrange transportation during your service visit.
